Before there was a company, there was one clinic. A+ Pediatrics opened its doors in Estill County in May 2023 and earned federal Rural Health Clinic certification that same year — seeing 400+ patients in its first week alone, with no advertising. It proved the model that One Child Health is now building county by county.
